2011年8月，受中国平安财产保险海南分公司之邀，海南海大源管理咨询有限公司与海南海大源职业培训中心联合承办该公司《员工职业化心态与情绪压力管理》内训课程。此次内训受到该公司领导高度重视，课程最终获得了该公司高层领导们的肯定与高度赞扬。
此次内训课程的培训对象为中国平安财险海南分公司车意理赔部的全体员工，共八十人左右。课程内容侧重对新进员工的职业化心态形成指导与全体员工的情绪压力的有效调节与管理。培训课程邀请到海南省心理咨询师协会秘书长姚庆老师进行授课，共分两个半天进行。
